How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is $4.99 for orders 0-8 miles from the restaurant. Orders 8-11 miles are $5.99, and 12-14 miles are $6.99. Anything over 14 miles is subject to an additional delivery fee. For orders from multiple restaurants (multi orders), the standard delivery fee will be charged for each restaurant selected. This info can be found on the order screen when placing an order.
What about drinks or snacks?
Want to add snacks or drinks to your order? Feel free to leave us a note in the order comments, or give us a call. We will gladly accomodate any request we can! We will inform you of any additional charges prior to charging your card, and also send a revised email receipt if you have an email address on file with us.
What about tips?
Our mobile wait staff use their own vehicles and fuel, and appreciate your thoughtfulness. Our drivers are contracted employees, and work for tips. We reserve the right to add an 18% gratuity to large orders; subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to add minimum tip requirements for orders traveling out of the zipcode of the originating restaurant.
How long until I get my food?
We try to get your meals to you as quickly as possible, and in most cases you can expect delivery in about an hour. Delivery time will vary due to weather conditions, traffic and food preparation time. Delivery times will be updated on our main page when delays are expected. Please keep in mind that all of our restaurants prepare meals to order. We gladly accept advanced orders hours, days or weeks in advance to ensure a specific delivery time. How do I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, no checks accepted. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all non-cash payments. Split payments are not accepted.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Thursday 11 AM - 8 PM and Friday and Saturday 4 PM - 830 PM. We are closed Sunday until further notice.
Do you deliver to offices or for large groups?
Yes, drop-off catering is our specialty! We can accomodate parties of any size. Call our office, message us on facebook, or feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer full service catering?
We do not offer full service catering, however, some of our fine restaurants offers this service. Call our office for more details. We require 24 hours notice for catering generally. If orders for the next day are placed AFTER 5 PM, a rush fee will be added to your catering order.
My area is not listed for delivery - will you deliver to me?
